Supporting colours are, Violet, White, Gold and Silver
Element - Ether
The moon is emotional and invites you to slow down and connect to your feelings. Conor this by waring white and embracing feminine energies around you. White is also associated with crown chakra and a good day to invite Devine guidance and practice trust. White also creates unity and harmony with the universe, which is one of the biggest lessons of the Crown Chakra.
Aroma: Frankincense ( resin ) and Rosewood ( infuser and Bath )

Root Chakra
Ruled by Mars
Supportive colour is, Red
Element - Earth
Tuesdays are active. Ware red to enhance that energy and your inner power. Red will support
feeling energised and grounded. The root chakra is allowing you to to your sense of stability, security and feeling good in your body.
Aroma: Clove, Rosemary, Cypress and cedar

Wednesday
Throat Chakra

Supportive colour is, Blue
Element - Eather
Mercury is the messenger planet of communication, making Wednesday the perfect day to ware blue.
Blue stimulates your throat chakra and supports communication.
Ensure that you speak your truth and are aligned with your words.

Fridays are for Love, sweetness and treating yourself to some selfcare. Venus = the goddess of sensuality, creativity, artistic and enjoying lifes pleasures. Pink is very soft and gentle for the heart space if you need heart healing at the end of the week. Green is more energizing and stimulating to open the energy od the heart chakra.

Saturday is a perfect day to go inwards and or journaling and explore. Waring purple strengthens our intuition connected to our thirdeye Chakra. Doing that, can provide you with amazing inside wisdom and clarity about somethings we needed to understand / innerstand.
